Counselling and Coaching for People Who Experience ADHD

Are you feeling overwhelmed and like your mind is constantly scattered?

Is it easy to focus (or even focus too much) on things you enjoy while at the same time, it feels like it is literally impossible to focus on things you don’t like as much?

Is it easy to start something you are interested in and
then feeling impossible to finish it?

Do you struggle to feel connected to the important people in your life?

Do you find it hard to express your thoughts and feelings to others?

Do you feel like your emotions are out of control sometimes and you are not sure why?

Do you struggle with organization and prioritizing your important tasks?

Do you feel like you can be impulsive
and rash even when you know it’s better not to be?

Is it hard to slow down, take a break, and enjoy more calm leisure activities?

Whether you curious if you have ADHD, are newly diagnosed, or have been dealing with these symptoms for years, I can help.

I look at experiencing ADHD like driving a super car.

“How’s that?” you may be asking. Well, ADHD is a powerful experience with great acceleration and can get you going where you want to go quickly.

The only problem is that ADHD can have very tricky handling. To stay on the road of success, I believe you need to create and maintain the inner structure and discipline that support you to direct your thoughts and energy to where you want them to go on a consistent basis.

And finding healthy ways to feel more in control of your emotions supports this process of self-direction and self-discipline so that you can ultimately learn to thrive with ADHD.

ADHD Mastermind Group

I want to gauge the interest in a group designed to support older teens and adults who are newer to the world of ADHD. This group would provide psychoeducation, big and smaller group discussions, and powerful nervous system regulation techniques for improved control of actions and emotions. You will come away with a better understanding of who you are and how to thrive with this experience called ADHD, all while being supported by those going through the same process. If you are interested in this group, please email me and let me know! 8 to 10 people online.
