A place where you can’t say the wrong thing
It is easy to feel alone in our struggles, especially when those struggles stem from our unique neurodiversity.
Luckily, you don’t have to go it alone.
In this group, you will have the opportunity to:
💡 Learn somatic (body-based) skills for self-regulation and self awareness
💡 Receive and offer support connected the experience of ADHD in an environment of neurodiversity affirming care
💡 Share tips, tricks, and strategies around struggles common to ADHD (including time management, emotional self-regulation, organization, relationships, communication, etc)
💡 Connect into a space with others who have a shared experience
💡 Get support with symptoms of ADHD (and feelings around those symptoms) while sharing as much as you want to. Ultimately, you are welcome to go as deep as you feel comfortable - it's a space to do what is most helpful for you!

By attending the group, you will also get access to a Whatsapp Group chat with other group members
How the Group is Structured
Each session, we collectively decide what we want to talk about. The options are laid out in 4 categories:
Facilitator topic: I prepare a topic for the group to talk about. A few examples of past topics include:
People pleasing
Abundance / scarcity mindset and how ADHD plays in
Memory and ADHD
Sponging other people’s emotions
Group topic: What are the themes alive in the room during our check-in? Lets unpack them.
Case Study: One person brings a struggle / confusion / question related to their life with ADHD and we unpack it together.
Tool Share: Someone shares a tool / tip / strategy that has been working well for them and we get a chance to ask questions.
This group meets the first and third Monday of each month from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.
The fee for the first meeting is $60.
After that, pre-paid sessions are $60.
The fee is $75 when not pre-paid.
